Our luxury gift wrapping services use premium materials, & may include as high-quality wrapping papers, silk ribbons, and embellishments like wax seals or dried flowers. The attention to detail ensures perfect presentation, and many services offer custom designs tailored to the occasion or recipient.

Can I send my gift directly to you for wrapping?
Yes! You can have your online orders sent directly to our address, and we will wrap them beautifully before sending them to your recipient. Just ensure the correct delivery details are provided at checkout.

Do you offer personalised gift wrapping?
Absolutely! We can add personalised touches, including handwritten gift tags, personalised ribbons, and custom-printed wrapping paper. If you have specific requests, let us know, and we’ll create something unique for you. Please allow extra time before the date you need your gift wrapped to allow for the custom work to be completed. Timings can be advised if you contact us directly.

How much does luxury gift wrapping cost?
Pricing varies depending on the size of the gift, the materials used, and any special requests. We pride ourselves on having many choices to suit every budget.
Personalisation, intricate designs, or oversized items may cost more, so if you have any questions then please just contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Do you offer a collection and delivery service?
Yes! If you’re local to the Bedfordshire area then we can usually arrange to collect your gifts, wrap them, and then deliver them back to you or send directly on to your recipient. For non-local clients, you can post your gifts to us, and we’ll return them beautifully wrapped or send them direct to your gift's recipient.

What types of gifts can you wrap?
We can wrap most items, including boxes, bottles, soft toys, clothes, jewellery, and unusual shapes. If you have an oversized or delicate gift, let us know, and we’ll find the best way to present it beautifully. Likewise, if your gift is of significant value then please contact us directly so that we can provide you with the most appropriate service.
We do however have to decline the wrapping or some gifts. Please see our Terms & Conditions for prohibited items.

Can you wrap multiple gifts in a matching theme?
Yes! We love creating co-ordinated wrapping for multiple gifts, perfect for corporate gifting, Christmas presents, or wedding favours. Let us know your preferred colour scheme or theme, and we’ll make it stunning.

How long does the wrapping process take?
We usually require 2–5 working days to wrap and dispatch gifts, but where appropriate, we also offer an express service if you need it sooner. During busy seasons like Christmas, we recommend booking early!

What if my gift is fragile? Will it still be wrapped beautifully?
Of course! We specialise in wrapping delicate items using protective techniques while maintaining a luxurious look. We use special packaging to ensure safe delivery and use carefully chosen carriers to send your gift from us. We can also add tracking and insurance to packages, so that in the event of something going wrong, we can do our upmost to help with any damage or losses. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, especially Section 9 for further information.

Do you offer corporate or bulk gift wrapping?
Yes, we provide corporate gift wrapping for businesses looking to impress their clients or employees. We offer bulk discounts, branding options, and can wrap and send gifts directly to multiple addresses. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What is your returns policy?
As a personalised service, we do not offer refunds once wrapping has been completed and the item dispatched, unless there has been an error on our part.
In the event that:
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of wrapping
- The item was not wrapped according to your instructions and no substitutions were agreed
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a resolution which may include a partial refund, a re-wrap (where feasible), or another appropriate remedy. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details.
